Phlebotomy Technician 

​DESCRIPTION:

The Phlebotomy Technician Program is a specialized training program that prepares individuals to become skilled phlebotomists. Phlebotomists are responsible for drawing blood from patients for medical purposes. The program covers topics such as anatomy, infection control, specimen handling, and various blood collection techniques.

 

It involves classroom instruction and laboratory practice. Upon completion, individuals may obtain certification or licensure, enabling them to work as phlebotomy technicians in hospitals, clinics, and laboratories. Phlebotomy technicians play a crucial role in healthcare by providing accurate and compassionate blood collection services that aid in diagnosis and treatment.

PROGRAM OPTIONS: HYBRID

DAY: 4 WEEKS: TUESDAY

EVENING: 4 WEEKS; TUESDAY

WEEKEND: 3 WEEKS: SATURDAY & SUNDAY

​

Program Times:

Day: 9am - 5:30pm

Evening: 5pm - 9pm

Weekend: 8am - 4:30pm
